Well, i heard that there hasn't been any update since 1.1.9 was released 5 months ago. Is this true?

Hello, I was thinking of buying DmN MuCMS but some current customers said there is no support or updates provided by the developer for a long time. If this is true, then what is the reason of asking to pay a $10/month fee if you are not going to update or support your customers? At least put some notice in your website so new customers will know that before making a purchase!
