Is super easy to add or remove items to the web-shop, and i'm pretty sure that it supports s13 i mean it works with s12 don't see why it wouldn't work on s13... the admin is kinda distant lately but in all honesty i have never have a problem that he didn't personally fix for me :) can't complain about support at all...
